Thanksgiving

Things you can't find in a Swedish grocery store, in any form: Cranberries, pumpkin, cornbread, flavored jello...the list goes on. We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday the 26th despite some serious improvising and time constraints (guests showing up two hours early led to a new dish I call "Wendy's Adobe Stuffing"- you could have built a house with it. I'm serious). Peter and I did a great job with the turkey though. It was from a turkey farm and was really fresh tasting and good. In attendance were Peter's daughter Marika and her boyfriend Erik, Erik's mother Heidi, and our friends Kirsten and Jan.
