Choklad Boll

When Peter and I are out and about, we tend to stop for tea - or extremely strong coffee in Peter's case - sometime in the midafternoon. On this day we stopped at a bakery where I had tea and a blåbär muffin (blueberry muffin) and Peter had a Viennese pastry. He'll have you know that what Americans call 'Danish pastries' are really not Danish at all. In retrospect, I think I should have had a choklad boll instead. I love that name.

Look at the citron (lemon) mousse cake in the picture. Isn't that a wonderfully happy-looking yellow?
